Ronaldo is fed up at Real and Man United return may be on the cards, claims Calderon

Cristiano Ronaldo has become disillusioned with life at Real Madrid and could be keen on a sensational return to Manchester United.
That is the view of Ramon Calderon, the former president of the Spanish club and the man responsible for taking the Portuguese winger to the Bernabeu.

According to Calderon, Ronaldo’s relationship with Florentino PĂ©rez is at rock bottom after the summer departures of Xabi Alonso and Angel di Maria.
“My impression is he is fed up with the policy of the current president,” claimed Calderon, speaking on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast.

“When he came [to Real Madrid] with [Arjen] Robben he thought he would be a good colleague for him in the team [but then he was sold].
“Two years ago it was [Gonzalo] Higuain sold and he didn’t like that. Last year he thought it was a mistake to let [Mesut] Ozil leave and the last straw was selling Xabi Alonso and Angel di Maria this summer.”

United are reportedly preparing a mega-money offer to lure Ronaldo back to Old Trafford and Calderon says it would be no surprise to see the 29-year-old return to the Premier League giants.
He added: “When I signed him in 2008, I remember he said he was grateful to Manchester United.
"He had a marvellous time there, he likes everything. It is a really great club."
